Bruce Lee's debut film with Golden Harvest was The Big Boss (1971). The film was a big success in Hong Kong, but it was renamed Fists of Fury by American distributors for its distribution in the United States.Fist of Fury (1972), the sequel, was likewise a major blockbuster in Hong Kong.
The title was changed to The Chinese Connection when the film was distributed in the United States. Bruce Lee was unhappy with the title changes to his films, but he recognised that the American market was different from the Hong Kong market. Many believe The Chinese Connection to be one of Bruce Lee's best films.
It's a great martial arts film with some of Lee's most memorable combat scenes.
