I've been living and working in Hong Kong since 2016 as an SEO Professional.

The region now known as Hong Kong was created approximately 140 million years ago when a massive volcano erupted in the area. As a result of this occurrence, a substantial portion of the landscape was transformed into lava and ash. The cooled lava and ash eventually solidified into the rock known as basalt over the course of time. Due to the fact that this basalt rock is exceptionally hard and long-lasting, it is frequently employed in the building industry today. In addition to producing a significant quantity of heat, the supervolcano’s eruption was responsible for the development of hot springs in the surrounding area. Even in modern times, visitors to Hong Kong continue to flock to these naturally occurring hot springs.
